Terms of Service
1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our staking platform, website, and related services. By using yieldz.cc, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Definitions

3. Eligibility & Compliance
By using yieldz.cc, you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction.
You have the full legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
You comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to blockchain technology, staking, and cryptocurrency transactions.
You are not located in or a resident of any restricted jurisdiction, including but not limited to the United States, China, North Korea, Iran, Syria, or any other country under financial sanctions.
4. Services Provided
yieldz.cc offers access to various staking models through self-executing smart contracts that are open-source and not exclusively developed by yieldz.cc.
Users can interact with decentralized smart contracts and receive rewards based on predefined conditions.
yieldz.cc does not offer custodial services—users interact directly with the smart contracts.
yieldz.cc does not facilitate trading, lending, or fiat transactions.
5. Risks & Disclaimers
5.1 No Guarantees
Staking involves risks, including token volatility, smart contract bugs, and regulatory changes.
yieldz.cc does not guarantee fixed returns or uninterrupted services.
Users are responsible for their own financial decisions and risk assessment.
5.2 Smart Contract Risks
The smart contracts used for staking are open-source and may be developed by third parties.
yieldz.cc does not own, control, or modify these smart contracts and cannot guarantee their security.
While independent audits may be conducted, smart contracts may still contain vulnerabilities.
Users acknowledge that smart contract interactions are irreversible and may lead to financial loss.
5.3 Regulatory Compliance
Users must ensure their participation in staking does not violate local laws.
yieldz.cc does not operate as a financial institution, exchange, or investment advisor.
If required by regulatory bodies, yieldz.cc may implement KYC/AML procedures in the future.
6. Fees & Monetization
Certain staking interactions (e.g., deposits, withdrawals, restaking) may incur small fees.
The logic for micropayments is inherently available in the smart contracts but is not mandatory.
If S is sent to the smart contract during execution of functions, it is capable of processing and distributing it to predefined referrers in equal shares.
This does not mean that the fees are defined within the smart contracts themselves.
Fee values are determined externally and provided at the time of each transaction, being set separately during execution.
Users are responsible for covering gas fees associated with staking transactions.
7. User Responsibilities
Users must not engage in illegal activities while using the platform.
Users must not attempt to exploit, hack, or disrupt smart contracts.
Users are responsible for securing their private keys and wallet credentials.
Users acknowledge that yieldz.cc does not have control over private keys and cannot recover lost funds.
8. Data Protection & Privacy Policy
yieldz.cc does not collect personally identifiable information (PII).
Basic usage analytics may be collected for platform improvement.
Any data collected will not be shared with third parties unless legally required.
Cookies and tracking technologies may be used to enhance user experience.
9. Termination & Suspension
yieldz.cc reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if:
A user violates these Terms.
There is suspicious activity that could harm the platform or its users.
Regulatory action requires suspension or modification of services.
10. Limitation of Liability
yieldz.cc is not liable for any financial losses incurred from staking activities.
Users assume full responsibility for their blockchain transactions.
The platform is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind.
yieldz.cc is not liable for losses resulting from market conditions, smart contract failures, regulatory changes, or third-party actions.
11. Amendments
These Terms may be updated from time to time.
Users are responsible for checking the latest version of the Terms before using the platform.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by international blockchain standards and decentralized governance principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through arbitration in a neutral jurisdiction.
Users waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits against yieldz.cc.
